Power of Attorney

Creating a power of attorney can you give peace of mind that someone, for example a family member, who may have lost the mental ability to make financial and medical decision for themselves, can instead place their trust in you to carry out their arrangements.

We will be able to talk you through the power of attorney process in our initial meeting, which is always free.

Probate

We also provide a service where we can aid you with any probate queries. From submitting the required probate forms, to giving advice on any questions that you may, we are able to provide a friendly and caring service around this sensitive topic.
